Areas of competence in Real Estate; Residential Homes in all price ranges in Calgary and surrounding towns, as well as Condominiums, Acreages and Farms. Doug is also licensed in Commercial Real Estate and has been involved in commercial land sales, small business and multi-family.

Over the years Doug has been very involved at the Calgary Real Estate Board on various committees, His greatest personal achievement within the Real Estate Industry is being awarded the TWH "Bill" Saunders memorial award for 2010 for his volunteering in the Industry and community. In 2002, Doug sat as Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Professional Standards/Inquiry/Appeal Committee. 2011 Doug Returns as Chairman.  Over the years Doug sat on 20 various committees including  the CREB Federal Political Action Committee acting as a liaison with the Board and Federal Members of Parliament. There was also the  Technology committees, including Realtor-Link and the original Ad-hoc Technology committees on Internet. 

For the community, Doug sat on PAL ( Performing Art Lodges ) as a Director, helping this group to reach their goal of building a retirement center for Performing Artists to be located in downtown Calgary. Today Doug is helping Calgary Public Theatre bring Shakespeare in the City in their endeavors to become a charitable foundation working with the communities of Calgary and bringing Shakespeare to the young and old alike to enjoy.

Roz has always given a hand as a Licensed Assistant and helps fill when Doug is busy. It's more of a partnership then a team approach, designed to lighten the load when one party gets busy the other covers.

Always putting their clients needs first, Doug and Roz also believes in putting back in the Community and into the Industry, a Priority.
