Over the years Doug has been very involved at the Calgary Real Estate Board on various committees, His greatest personal achievement within the Real Estate Industry was In 2002, when he sat as Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Professional Standards/Inquiry/Appeal Committee. Currently he sits as a Vice Chair.  Also he was involved in the CREB Federal Political Action Committee acting as a liaison with the Board and Federal Members of Parliament and served on various Technology committees, including Realtor-Link and the original Ad-hoc Technology committees on Internet. 

Finally, Doug sat on PAL ( Performing Art Lodges ) as a Director, helping this group to reach their goal of building a retirement center for Performing Artists to be located in downtown Calgary.

Roz has always given a hand as a Licensed Assistant and helps fill when Doug is busy. It's more of a partnership then a team program, designed to lighten the load when one party gets busy the other covers.
